Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming

This project is a work in progress. It focuses on improving the customer and staff experience at Woof Gang Savannah’s grooming service. Through user interviews and service analysis, we aim to identify key pain points and design solutions that enhance trust, communication, and overall satisfaction.

Research

Through secondary research, surveys and interviews, we gathered enough data to start the process of building the image of the service. Using tools such as data affinitization, personal building and customer journey mapping, we defined the key insights and pain points, which were then converted into How Might We questions.
